Amazing 👌🏻 one of the best massages I have had. Erin was great, I loved that she gave me suggestions of things I could do to help. Highly recommend!

Initially I went to see Erin regarding an ongoing back issue, which she was able to relieve after the one visit, but during this session we got talking and I mentioned an old sporting injury where I had blown out my ankle. I explained to her the ongoing swelling, lack of mobility and irritability it was causing me when I spent long periods of time on my feet, but had put it down to the injury and getting older.
She laughed and said she accepted the challenge.
We are now two sessions gone on focused treatment of the ankle and it has never felt better. The relief on the joint when walking out of the first session was unbelievable, and the second sessions reduction in pain and more increased mobility was amazing, so much so that the fires been lit to get back into the sport I love (although Erin has rightfully reined in my excitement, but we have now set that as the future goal).
Looking forward to continuing to work with Erin and seeing how far we can go!

I've been going to Erin now for nearly 2 years and the progress I've been able to make in the gym with my PT wouldn't be possible without what she does. All from loosening trouble spots to help rebalance my body to helping with muscle recovery after heavy weights training. She goes above and beyond to help and her knowledge of the human body is amazing. I can't thank Erin enough for her work and the amazing progress I've been able to achieve in the gym.
