Erin has helped my daughter's migraines so much.
My husband, oldest daughter and I, all have very tight neck and shoulder muscles. My daughter had been getting migraines for years and Drs didn't know what to do. It was getting to be that she was getting migraines weekly. The first time seeing Erin, she was able to see how bad the muscle had built up. She went weekly for about a month and she hasn't had a migraine in over two months! We're so thankful.

I've been training with my Erin as a strength coach and couldn't recommend her highly enough. Her knowledge is exceptional, and she pays close attention to technique on every exercise, making sure you're lifting safely and correctly. She takes the time to explain why each movement matters and is always focused on helping you improve. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about your progress and knows how to build strength the right way, she's an outstanding trainer.
